Some kind of oil drops (or soap drops?) with blood in them.
Please change that to: Some kind of frozen (or freezing?) oil drops (or soap drops?) with blood in them?
moving my cursor over the clue doesn’t give me a clue. I’m flunking this trick question!
I find I have to place the cursor over it and then pause. See if that helps.
