Snow on Chopping Block
Hopefully that is the last snow of this spring. We got 2″ overnight. The pattern of melt on the chopping block shows how the edges are cooler than the center.
There was one year in the 1990’s when we had snow every month of the year. I would rather not have that happen. It killed all my tomatoes. This year is shaping up to be pleasantly warm despite this week and last week’s snows.
Outdoors: 46°F/30°F Sunny
Tiny Cottage: 66°F/62°F
Daily Spark: Extremists are like gutter balls.
I b read a book once, the year there was no summer. Supposedly true. Back in the 1880s, maybe. It snowed every month for 12-months in one of the New England states. I will look up that info : )
