Wholesale License
I mentioned recently about our Application to Butcher. Our next license is on the wall – our Wholesale Meat Distribution license. It joins the Retail License that I posted about a few days ago. Hopefully within a month we’ll have them all and be ready to begin cutting meat, butchering on-farm.
