It is worth noting that both Amazon and Home Depot are suppressing reviews of products when they don’t like the review. I’ve had this happen several times. I’ve left lots of high praise reviews and those ones always get published but when I’m critical of a product Amazon and Home Depot seem to be likely to suppress the review. This means you can’t trust the ratings. Pity that.

There are lots of times when people spam the reviews without reading a book or otherwise mess with the ratings.
You can’t really trust the ratings. It’s best to read them and decide if they’re convincing.
