They say if there’s jewelweed, there’s poison ivy nearby. I’ve almost always found it to be true. We’ve got lots of both here. :((
Jewelweed can be used with other plants as an antidote to poison ivy. I’ve made tinctures that worked on milder cases.
We have no poison ivy around here. A rather nice absence.
