Pastured Pigs & Pork
Our family raises pigs on pasture in the mountains of Vermont and delivers weekly to stores, restaurants and individuals. We have our own state inspected on-farm butcher shop where we cut our own pork and make sausages. Look for our label in stores and restaurants... That is a great article despite the fact that Forbes swapped Holly for someone else’s wife named Molly. Great exposure to people who wouldn’t otherwise ever hear of “The Little Slaughterhouse That Could”!
Uh… Molly is my bitch. Seriously. She’s a dog. Holly is my wife – human. Holly got a chuckle out of that and said it didn’t matter since, “anyone who knows me knows I’m Holly not Molly and if they don’t know me, well, they won’t notice the slight mixup.”
