That was all that was in the envelope. Earlier this winter I had entered our pastured pork hot dogs in the contest. Pretty cool! I also received an email today instructing us how to send samples to the New York restaurant that will be preparing the food for the judging panel. We’ll see what happens next! Hopefully they’ll love our uncured smoked pasture pork hot dogs!
Speaking of hot dogs, the last batch sold out completely and tomorrow we pickup our next batch as well as the first batch of smoked kielbasa.
