These are the first flowers we see every year. They look like a dandelion but have a scaly stem and some other small differences. I haven’t figured out exactly what they are. Probably just a variation of dandelions. I had never seen them until we moved to Sugar Mountain. Perhaps someone knows the name?

We’ve got the same flowers here in Burlington’s Leddy beachside.
Ours started blooming at the start of April ;)
They smell just like honey when they bloom, a fun thing to look out for
