House End Shed

Shed
We’ve been taking advantage of the snow melt and warm weather to get some non-tiny cottage projects done that were not as easy on the frozen ground. That is the start of a shed at the end of the house. As our herd has expanded we need more space with cover so we’re building a two sided shed at the end of the house. This is a spot the pigs have liked before in the winter because it is well sheltered from the winds. Adding a roof will keep them dry and the rain off the bedding hay. It’s a simple design and ads to our pig dens up higher on the hill.

Done!

Outdoors: 64°F!/38°F Misty, Partly Sunny
Farm House: 64°F/53°F no fire
Tiny Cottage: 65°F/53°F no work

Wow, you guys are resourceful! I’m sure your pigs will appreciate the added comfort. :)
