Giant Puppy Pika Peeking In
Yesterday was the first snow Pika has seen. She is now as large as Hagrid the Half Giant dog who guarded our mountain for years. He was the same size as her at the same age. I doubt she’ll get up to his massive 182 lbs but she is far larger than the other dogs currently in our pack. Yet despite her size, she’s the Omega, the low dog on the totem pole, dominated even by tiny Romula who used to be the Omega. We’ll see if that changes.
