Sugar Mountain Farm Booth Banner
With the opening of our butcher shop we’re going to do the annual harvest celebration at the City Market Onion River Coop in Burlington, Vermont this coming Sunday, October 4th. (Directions)
The banners above will be the backdrop to our booth at the gathering. They show all the seasons at our farm. The top photo is of pigs grazing in the north field with Sugar Mountain in the background. The bottom background photo is in the aspen grove of the south field in late fall. The lower inset shows pigs on the south plateau during the winter while the left hand inset shows our herd in the south field eight years ago in late summer as we edged towards fall colors. The label on the right is our new Vermont Inspected label which just got approved for our new butcher shop.
We’ll be passing out samples of our Boston Butt, sausages and meat balls. If you’re going to be in the area, drop by to say hello and taste some delicious Sugar Mountain Farm pastured pork!

Daily Spark: “It’s déjà vu all over again”. Yogi Berra explained that this quote originated when witnessing Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris repeatedly hit back-to-back home runs in the Yankees’ seasons in the early 1960’s.
