Pears in Sky
This is a good year for the apples and pears. They’re a wonderful late summer and fall forage for the livestock who clean up under the trees.
Outdoors: 74°F/59°F Sunny, 1/2″ Rain

Daily Spark: If you’re odd you can never get even.
My brother had several hundred apples, every couple of weeks someone from in my family comes to visit us and brings 1-200 pounds of drops from his trees. I throw them all over the pasture for the pigs and chickens to hunt down. Happy happy pigs those days.
Right now on our farm is grape season, twenty acres of trees covered in wild muscadine grapes. Some of the smaller pigs come in at night with their bellies looking like balloons from eating grapes all day.
