Hope with North Field Herd at Pomace Party One thing that we sometimes have for the pigs is apple pomace, the crushed remains of apples after making cider. Some natural sugars, vitamins, minerals and fiber.
Brassica Blooming I think this is a broccoli but I’m not sure as all I took was a photo of the flower rather than a taste. Amazingly it is still blooming in late October.
Raspberry Sauce on Pancakes This year was a bountiful year for red raspberries. Buckets and buckets of them are now in our freezer. Hope picked a large number around the cottage as did I up along the water line road.
